Senior UX Content Designer

About this role

As a senior UX writer/in-product content designer for SAP Ariba, your tasks will include:

Independently leading design of in-product content, such as UI texts, onboarding flows, guided experiences, error messages, and contextual guidance, that makes complex workflows intuitive
Owning the content design decisions for your assigned product areas and acting as the primary point of contact in those domains.
Close collaboration with UX designers, researchers, and writers; PM, engineers, and technical writers across the entire design lifecycle to ensure quality and consistency within your product area and across our Procurement suite.

Leveraging and exploring tools and skills for AI-first UX writing to scale content creation, improve consistency, and explore innovative content approaches.
Acting as an advocate for a coherent, high-quality user experience with content as a core pillar of design.



What you bring

University degree in design, communication, linguistics, technical writing, media, computer science, or a related field
7+ years of practical experience in UX writing, content design, user assistance, or technical communication, ideally in a product design or software context.
Sound knowledge of localization, terminology, accessibility, and content quality processes.
Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted writing tools and workflows, as well as Figma, Jira, GitHub, or similar development and design collaboration tools

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audience.
